2025 LTK CREATOR AWARDS: PROGRAM GUIDELINES

INTRODUCTION

The LTK Creator Awards celebrate excellence in content creation and recognize outstanding LTK Creators who demonstrate exceptional skill, creativity, and growth within the LTK platform. These guidelines outline the nomination process, selection criteria, and recognition details for the 2025 awards program.

Recognizing established creators who have demonstrated consistent excellence and significant impact in their field:

• Beauty
• Home
• Family
• Active
• Travel
• Food
• Video Creator of the Year

LTK Rising Star Awards

Celebrating emerging creators who have shown remarkable growth and potential within the past year:

• Style
• Beauty
• Home
• Family
• Active
• Travel
• Food

AWARDS CYCLE

The 2025 LTK Creator Awards will run from August 3, 2025, at 12:00 am CT through September 9, 2025, at 11:59 pm CT ("Awards Cycle").

ELIGIBILITY

The LTK Creator Awards are open to LTK Creators who have been directly notified by LTK of their nomination for an award and who satisfy the following requirements:

• Maintain permanent residence within one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; and
• Have attained the legal age of majority as defined by the laws of their state of residence at the time of nomination.

SELECTION PROCESS

Community Appreciation Phase (August 3-9, 2025)

During this phase, the LTK community will have the opportunity to show appreciation for their favorite nominated creators through the LTK app.

Community Support Process:

• Community members can support nominated creators by favoriting at least 5 of their posts or products in the LTK app
• Creators receiving the highest levels of community engagement will advance to the finalist stage
• The top three (3) most-supported creators in each category will be selected as Finalists

Finalist Selection: Based on community support, three (3) nominated creators in each category who receive the highest level of community engagement will advance as Finalists, for a total of forty-five (45) Finalists.

Evaluation Criteria

Both the community appreciation phase and the final selection will consider the following criteria:

• Content Diversity Characteristics
• Age, race, gender, vertical, size, demographic, lifestyle
• Quality of Content
• Content diversity
• Buzzworthy, trendy, shareworthy
• Creativity and originality
• Proper linking and tagging of products in content
• LTK Shop presentation
• Growth on LTK Platform
• Consistent posting and sharing of video content on LTK
• Consistent growth of followers on LTK

Content Considerations: Content that includes any of the following will not be considered for evaluation:

• Brand-created images
• Collages
• Imagery on a white background
• Screenshots of products

Final Selection

Following the community appreciation phase, a panel of LTK judges will evaluate the Finalists based on the criteria above and select one Honoree in each category, for a total of fifteen (15) Honorees.

The judges' evaluation will be independent from the community appreciation phase, though both use the same criteria. The judges will make their selections based on the overall quality and impact of each finalist's content and platform presence.

AWARD PRESENTATION

LTK Con 2025

All Nominees will be invited to attend LTK Con 2025, which will be held September 8-10, 2025 in Dallas, TX, and will receive a complimentary ticket for admission.

To be eligible for recognition, Finalists must:

• Notify LTK of their plan to attend LTK Con by responding to the email invitation by the date specified
• Attend LTK Con in person

Nominees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and expenses.

Alternate Selection: If a selected Honoree cannot attend LTK Con or does not fulfill all requirements, they will forfeit their recognition, and an alternate may be selected from among the remaining Finalists in that category.

Minor Honorees: If a potential Honoree is deemed to be a minor or otherwise is ineligible under the jurisdiction of his/her residence, the recognition will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who must execute any necessary documentation.

Recognition

Each Honoree will receive:

• Professional recognition in the form of a trophy
• Acknowledgment at the LTK Con 2025 awards ceremony

The awards represent professional recognition of excellence and achievement within the LTK creator community.

PUBLICITY

By accepting a nomination and potential recognition, nominees grant LTK permission to use their name, social media handles, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the LTK Creator Awards, including on LTK's social media channels, websites, and in creator communications.

Honorees may be invited to participate in promotional activities related to the awards, including interviews and providing testimonials about their experience.

GENERAL TERMS

Program Modifications

LTK reserves the right to modify any aspect of the awards program if circumstances require, including changes to the nomination process, evaluation criteria, or award presentation format.

Liability Release

By participating in the LTK Creator Awards and/or accepting recognition, to the extent permitted by law, each nominee releases and discharges rewardStyle, Inc. d/b/a LTK and any other party associated with the development, execution, administration or fulfillment of this awards program, as well as any recognition suppliers, authorized parties, and any social media platforms on which the program may be advertised, administered or promoted (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok or Snapchat), along with such parties' parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, members, contractors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties"), from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with this awards program, including without limitation legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or actions of any kind (including without limitation personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light).

Nominees further understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California ("Section 1542") and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. Nominees acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR." The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law: (i) Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, illegible, or incomplete communications of any kind. (ii) LTK, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the nomination process or the operation of the awards program, who is acting in violation of these Guidelines, or who is acting with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the awards program, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. (iii) LTK further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the awards program if it is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of tampering, undermining the legitimate operation of the program, or force majeure. (iv) Released Parties are not responsible for mechanical, technological, administration, human, printing, distribution, or production errors or problems related to the awards program. (v) Released Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties. (vi) This awards program is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or affiliated in any way with any social media platform or with any award supplier (unless specifically identified as a sponsor or co-sponsor).

Dispute Resolution

The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with the awards program, including, without limitation, these Guidelines. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Guidelines and/or the awards program shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Texas.

Governing Law

THESE GUIDELINES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF THEIR TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Guidelines and/or in connection with the participation of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Guidelines and/or the awards program, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of Dallas in the State of Texas.

Limitation of Liability

All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages associated with participation in this awards program, but in no event attorneys' fees or court costs. Under no circumstances will a nominee be permitted to obtain awards for, and nominee hereby waives all rights to claim, any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages, and waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

Waiver and Severability

LTK's failure to enforce any term of these Guidelines shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Guidelines shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the Guidelines shall be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

Information collected in connection with this awards program is subject to LTK's privacy policy, which can be found at: https://creator.shopltk.com/app/privacy.

A complete list of Honorees will be published on the LTK website (creator.shopltk.com) following the conclusion of LTK Con 2025.
